Based in Southern California, Tatch will work directly with businesses, and partner with insurance brokers to introduce Engage’s superior services to companies across the state.
Tatch is an accomplished business development professional. He brings 20 years of HR outsourcing experience to Engage that includes leadership roles in regional sales and business consulting for several national PEOs. Tatch also previously held sales management positions in financial services, working for the Principal Financial Group and MassMutual in the Los Angeles area. He attended California State University-Long Beach and has been frequently recognized as a top performing sales executive.
