Engage is an innovative and fast growing PEO seeking an experienced Client Service Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Dallas area. Our products and services include human resources, payroll, benefits, risk management and payroll tax administration.  The position is responsible for working collaboratively with all departments to coordinate and deliver Engage’s services and products to our clients.This is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience of Human Resources matters.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Engage’s products and services for clients and their employees

  • Establishes and maintains a positive client working relationship; builds client loyalty and successfully contributes to high client retention rates

  • Monitors Engage’s service and product delivery to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

  • Recommends Engage’s services and products to the client as appropriate to improve thecClient’s employment-related operations and efficiencies

  • Anticipates clients’ needs and concerns

  • Oversees the resolution of client and HR matters

  • Coordinates clients’ special projects with the appropriate internal department(s); follows through to ensure successful completion of special projects

  • Recommends client retention strategies and programs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Outstanding problem solving and consulting skills

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities; expertise in building and maintaining business relationships

  • Superior organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, project management or similar area

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus

  • PEO / human resources outsourcing experience a plus
