Alex oversees legal affairs and strategic business partnerships for Engage PEO. This includes legal compliance, business development and sales management responsibilities. He also oversees the management of unemployment claims for Engage clients.
Prior to joining Engage’s executive team, Alex held numerous senior roles in the HR outsourcing and PEO industries, managing legal affairs and corporate and commercial transactions. He also has counseled clients across industries on compliance matters, corporate transactions, licensing, and state unemployment tax planning.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
